Flurple Farm Harvest
Crops of the Swamp Lands are farmed by magical creatures, such as the mouse. The crops are magical and mostly unfamiliar to humans. These bulbous plants being harvested by a farmer mouse man are called flurples. Flurple plants have long wriggly stalks, producing one single flurple fruit protected by spotted husks. These plants can grow much larger, but are harvested prematurely because they eventually develop mouths with sharp teeth, becoming carnivorous. There are many farmer mice with a vast knowledge of plant science, dedicating most of their time to agriculture and studying the magical properties of the native plants of the Swamps.
